Your first time on a paddleboard? We explain everything

Before your first outing, a technical adviser gives you a briefing on the basics. They explain how to start on your knees, use your paddle and slowly stand up so you can enjoy the activity.

Stand-up paddleboarding is easy to get started with: a few minutes are often enough to find your balance and begin paddling standing up. You can also stay on your knees until you feel comfortable.

Our team recommends a route suited to your wishes and abilities. All participants must be able to swim.

A paddle to “L’Écrin Turquoise”

For a longer outing, follow the Cannes coastline to a spot we like to call “L’Écrin Turquoise” — the turquoise gem. Here, the water takes on a luminous turquoise colour. It is a lovely place to pause, admire the scenery and enjoy a moment on the water before paddling back to the base.

The two-hour rental is ideal for this return trip. Before you set off, our team explains the route and landmarks to help you find this little treasure along the Cannes coastline.
