Who uses your data?
CANNES STAND-UP PADDLE LOCATION (C.S.P. LOCATION), a French limited company registered in Cannes under number 793 491 861, is responsible for data collected on this site. Bookings and quotes
We use your name, email, phone number and outing details to process bookings, prepare quotes, contact you and send confirmations or cancellations. This processing is necessary to take steps towards or perform the contract. Fields marked as required are necessary to process your request; optional messages and details can be left blank. Do not send medical information or identity documents in messages.
Who can access the data?
Only authorised base staff and technical providers needed to operate the service have access: ChatGPT Sites / OpenAI and Cloudflare for hosting, and OVH for email. Contact details are not sold. Social media links open separate services with their own policies. Some providers may process data outside the European Union: contact us for information on processing locations and applicable contractual safeguards.
How long is data kept?
Quote requests recorded on the site are kept for up to 12 months. Bookings and correspondence are kept while managing your outing and customer relationship, then only as necessary for legal obligations or disputes. Details archived in the schedule or exported remain personal data: retention must be reviewed and deletion can be requested using the contact below. Anti-spam counters expire after 15 minutes and are purged on subsequent use. Aggregated statistics are kept for up to 13 months.
Cookies, security and statistics
The site remembers your language choice in your browser and uses a secure session cookie for the management area. Its statistics add no advertising cookie or individual tracking. Statistics only count public pages served, grouped by page and day: no visitor identifier, IP address, email or booking detail is stored in these counters. They cannot count unique visitors. Temporary network-address and email fingerprints may be used separately to limit abusive submissions. Service security relies on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. The hosting provider may also produce its own technical logs.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and, where applicable, portability or object to certain processing. Email contact@kayak-paddle-evasion.fr with your request and, if possible, your booking reference. We may request only the information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority at www.cnil.fr. This site makes no decisions producing legal effects through advertising profiling.
