These website terms of use explain access to and use of kayak-paddle-evasion.fr, which presents Kayak & Paddle Évasion’s activities in Cannes. The publisher is CANNES STAND-UP PADDLE LOCATION (C.S.P. LOCATION), a French limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of €1,980, registered with the Cannes Trade and Companies Register under number 793 491 861. Its registered office is at 32 boulevard de la Source, 1 avenue Saint-Ferréol, 06400 Cannes, France.

These terms cover use of the website. Commercial hire, booking and cancellation conditions are covered by separate terms of sale. These website terms do not reduce consumers’ statutory rights.

2. Website access

Browsing the website is free, apart from the user’s equipment and internet connection costs. Public pages do not require a customer account. The management area is reserved for people authorised by C.S.P. LOCATION.

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or technical incidents. If you encounter a problem, contact the base by phone or e-mail.

3. Information and online booking

The website presents activities, prices, practical information and booking options offered by the base. Before submitting a booking, check the hire option, date, number of participants, optional extras, displayed total and contact details.

Provide accurate information and contact details that allow the base to reach you. Do not submit another person’s contact details without authorisation. Statements requested in the form, including swimming ability and the briefing, must reflect the participants’ actual circumstances.

The summary and reference shown after a booking is saved allow the booking to be identified. Keep a copy. No online payment is taken on the website; payment is made at the base. Contact the base to correct an error or report a problem.

Website information does not replace the briefing and safety instructions given at the base. Activities remain subject to weather conditions and the base’s safety decisions.

4. Responsible use

Users must comply with the law and respect third-party rights. Do not submit fake bookings, impersonate someone, try to access the management area without authorisation, disrupt the website or introduce malicious code.

5. Text, photographs and other content

Text, photographs, videos, logos and other website content may be protected by intellectual property rights held by C.S.P. LOCATION or their respective owners. You may view them for personal use. Any reuse must respect applicable rights and obtain the rights holder’s permission when required.

Downloadable access maps may be saved and printed to prepare your visit to the base. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.

The website includes links to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Following these links takes you away from Kayak & Paddle Évasion’s website. External services apply their own terms and privacy rules. C.S.P. LOCATION does not control their operation or changes to their content.

7. Contact details and technical operation

The website remembers your language choice in your browser. The management area uses an authentication session for authorised users. You can manage data stored on your device through your browser settings; deleting it may require you to choose your language again or sign in again.
