The idea is simple: two people share one large paddleboard. Communicate, find your bearings and coordinate your movements to glide along gently. You can start on your knees and stay in whichever position feels most comfortable.
There is no need to focus on performance: Duo paddleboarding is about enjoying the scenery and being on the water together. Each person takes part at their own pace, in a relaxed atmosphere.
Before your first outing, a technical adviser explains the basics: how to get onto the board, start on your knees, hold your paddle and find your balance together. If you wish to stand up, they explain how to do so gradually.
The team points out landmarks along the coastline, explains the instructions to follow and recommends a route suited to your wishes and abilities. Both participants must be able to swim confidently.
From Pointe Croisette, enjoy an outing along the Cannes coastline. Turquoise water, sunlight and coastal views invite you to slow down and enjoy the moment. One hour lets you discover the activity and share a lovely paddle before returning to the base.
