After the briefing, settle into a single or double kayak and begin paddling at a gentle pace. Follow a short route recommended by the team for your outing.

Discover the feeling of kayaking without planning a long excursion. Enjoy a fresh view of the coast, share the outing with a partner or friends and get comfortable with your paddle.
Plan your return
The hour includes both the outward and return journeys. Ask the team where to turn back: this option is best for a coastal paddle rather than an island visit with a lengthy stop.

Equipment and advice before you go
- Kayak, paddles, buoyancy aid and waterproof container are included.
- A briefing at the base covers your route and instructions.
- Bring water, sun protection, a hat and a towel. For a longer outing, remember your picnic.
